- For the 1st time registration, you need to register as new delegate, please click on the link “Register” on home screen.
- Those who require the support / assistance for obtaining visa for attending convention or require accommodation during the convention days should register.
Before starting with registration – please make ready the copies of main documents scanned. Each document should not exceed 2 MB size.
If delegate Require Visa, Accomodation and Pick Up
- Passport copies for all family members (Kindly note all documents needs to be separately scanned for each member of a family (main pages – pages with personal details, address page (Indian passports), profession details page (Sri Lankan passport).
- Passport validity should be at least 6 months from the date of entering United Arab Emirates.
- Color passport size photos with white background.
- Worker's authorisation letter from the parent church must be attached by all those who wish to attend except GCC residents.
- Tickets copies for all delegate to update the OK to board status (mainly those who are travelling from India)

- There is basic User registration to be done as the first step and must provide his/her valid email id as the login id and some mandatory details also to be filled in. Please note that the registered user is only a base account and will not be treated as an delegate.
- The User will be receiving a registration confirmation mail (automatically generated) from the server.
- Now, the user must login with his/her registered email id and the password. Once logged in, user may be able to see the delegate details screen. The user should add each delegate individually (including the registered user, if they wish to attend).
- The user can click on Add delegate button to fill the personal details of each delegate. Please fill each field carefully to avoid any delay in processing the application.
- Please select the delegate type – Single/Family Lead/Family member (accompanying the Family Lead) /Group Lead/Group Member (accompanying the Group Lead).
- Once the personal details are added, the delegate name will be listed on the grid. The user can click on the corresponding button in line with each delegate to update the other information like Visa requirement details, Attach the required documents, Accommodation details and Arrival / pickup request details. Drop off request can be done once the delegate arrives at the hotel lobby on our Service Desk.
- Each data will be verified by the Assembly coordinator assigned by the corresponding Minister-in-charge.
- The coordinator will verify the documents and update the verification status with some remarks like mentioning the missing or incomplete details, which can be visible in the delegate details. The user may update the missing information accordingly and the coordinator can set the verification status as "COMPLETE". For the user/delegate, the assembly coordinator will be the first point of contact for any assistance related to NTC MEC convention application.
- No request will be processed by the Dubai church unless it’s verified and set the status as "COMPLETE" by the Assembly Coordinator.
If Family Member is selected, you must select the Family Head in order to avoid errors in Family room allocation.
- Coordinator recognizes the delegate and if required, after consultation with minister-in-charge verifies the details, documents and requests, which advances your application for further processing.
Once you fill the required details for - Visa with required Documents/ Accommodation/ Pickup service, the Coordinator will verify it and will post the feedback.
The status will be shown as "PENDING" until the coordinator verifies it.
If the details for each request is full, Coordinator will mark it as "COMPLETE".
If any data is missing or any correction required, they'll mark it as "INCOMPLETE" with a feedback note, which can be visible on login .
You must do the needed corrections in order to set it as "COMPLETE".
If you have not been confirmed by email or at login time with the status "COMPLETE" - please contact your coordinator or minister-in-charge for the matter.
Family/Group : The lead person of the family/group can register themselves as the user. The details of all the delegates, including themselves, can be added as a part of the delegate registration process.
Please avoid multiple user registrations for the members of the same Family/Group.

Yes – registration for only co-believer is allowed, and emails will be sent only to the registered emails for communications & further requirements.
- Forgotten passwords – please click the link “Forgot Password” just below the login screen – your password will be sent to your registered email address.
- Forgotten username – please verify yourself with your coordinator and your email address for retrieval of username.
- Password should be at least 6(six) characters long and a maximum of 15 characters; it should contain – one alphabet (at least one Capital letter) & one number.
- Once registered, username (email ID) cannot be changed.
- Yes – delegate details can be added / amended / removed from the list using the corresponding button on the delegate grid. The base user profile can be edited using "EDIT PROFILE" link on the scrolling text above the grid.
- You can contact your coordinator / minister-in-charge of your assembly for any queries and they will be able to assist you on your queries.
- Send mail to "incharge@ntcmec.com".
- You can login using your username and password and amend your Arrival details/ Hotel Check-in details by a click on corresponding button against your name in the grid.
- If a volunteer is already allocated to pick you on your arrival, please make sure that you also inform them directly, as the volunteer contact details will be available in the allocation details.
- An email will be sent to notify the changes.
- Application will be submitted for visa issuance on a first come first serve basis, provided the documents are complete.
- Visa Application status will be updated in the system by us, which will be displayed in the Visa details of delegate login.
Online visas (Airways) - Once the visa will be issued, kindly contact your coordinator for a copy of the same.
- You can select “Others” under the Assembly field and type the assembly name in the provided space.
- Information & contact details of your appointed volunteer are already available in your login ID – this should be 1st point of contact.

Accommodation will be arranged for all registered delegates only during convention days:
Free of charge ONLY from 7-11-2024 2:00 PM till 10-11-2024 12:00 PM
The delegate must bear the additional charges (Double room- 260/- & Triple room-320/- per Room per Night) if they have chosen to stay other than the above mentioned period, subjected to availability. -
Visa charges should be borne by delegates.
Visa for Adult (valid up to 30 days) – AED 280/-; Visa for Child (below 18 years and ONLY if applied along with Parent) - AED 50/- (both including mandatory insurance) - An additional charge of Arab Emirate Dirhams – 30/- (amount varies from 0/- to 30/- depending on Airlines) will be applicable to those who travel from India on visit visa which requires an "OK to Board" message from airlines.
- Delegate those have opted to stay in the accommodation provided by us during convention days need not require a separate transport arrangement by them. We have done the arrangement for transportation.
- Request will be considered on case-to-case basis. These requests should be detailed in “Notes” field in the corresponding request screen. Submission of request does not guarantee approval - but will be considered and will be notified.
